He has managed several projects in the field of information telecommunications. He is ISO 27001 Information Security System Management and Audit Specialist. He is the founder of Megascops, a company specializing in the security and defense industry. He is a co-founder of INSECO.
Vusal Salmanli
He is a professional consultant and manager with more than 12 years of experience and theoretical knowledge in the field of information and communication technologies (ICT). During his years in Azerbaijan, he worked in the country’s leading companies in the field of ICT. He is currently pursuing a career as a leading cybersecurity consultant for Sirius Computer Solutions in the United States. He is also the founder of Defscope, a global cybersecurity company.
Vusal Salmanli is an innovative and professional consultant, teacher, leader and manager with more than 12 years of ICT experience. Dedicating the last 8 years of his career to Information Security, Vusal is currently the CEO of the global company DEFSCOPE, of which he is the founder, and also serves as a Lead Cyber Security Consultant at Sirius Computer Solutions in the United States. He is the co-founder of INSECO.
During his career, he has received international certifications from Oracle, Microsoft, Cisco, Check Point, Ericsson, ZTE and other companies. It has been awarded CISM, CEH, CDPSE and CISA certificates, which are among the most popular certificates in the world for information security.
Vusal regularly acts as an Information Security Expert at local and international events and conferences. In addition, he is a gold member of the International Organization for Information Security (ISACA) and a member of the PMI, an international project management organization.
It should be noted that he completed his bachelor’s degree in 2009 at Qafqaz University with a degree in Computer Engineering, and his master’s degree in 2011 with a degree in Information Security Organization and Management at AzTU. He is married and has 2 children.
